Emont Duncan is a devoted man of God, husband, and proud father of three daughters. With over 12 years of law enforcement experience, he currently serves as a Criminal Investigator in the state of Nevada. For more than a decade, Emont has been passionate about mentoring youth, advocating for others, and helping individuals discover their purpose. His love for outreach and giving back is rooted in his faith and commitment to strengthening families and communities. As President of Seek First Outreach, Emont is dedicated to leading with faith, purpose, generosity, and connection while creating opportunities for others to grow and thrive.

Mariah Duncan

Treasurer & co-founder

Mariah Duncan serves as the Treasurer and Co-Founder of Seek First Outreach. She holds a Master of Science in Accounting and brings professional experience as a Corporate Controller. Outside of her professional career, Mariah is passionate about mentoring youth through volleyball coaching, using shared interests to encourage, inspire, and build meaningful connections.Guided by Acts 20:35, “It is more blessed to give than to receive,” Mariah strives to live a life centered on generosity and service. Through Seek First Outreach, she is excited to encourage others, give back to the community, and be a vessel of generosity to those in need.

Sheila Green, Board Secretary background:A seasoned Sr. HR Business Partner with deep expertise in strategic people leadership, organizational development, and executive coaching. Known for building strong partnerships with senior leaders, driving performance excellence, and shaping high‑trust, high‑accountability cultures. Adept at navigating complex employee relations, leading change initiatives, and aligning talent strategies with business goals to elevate organizational impact.Outside of work as an HR leader she brings a vibrant, well‑rounded personal style, dedicated to gym time for balance and energy, enjoys classic old movies for nostalgia and storytelling, loves travel for global perspective, finds joy in decorating as a creative outlet, family and intentional spiritual engagement.

Curion Jones is a man of God and who truly walks by faith. He is a married man with a lovely wife and two incredible children. In his spare time he loves going to the gym and playing some competitive games of pickleball. When time allows, Curion also loves a good hike and connecting with nature. Curion is a Senior Manager in the parking and AI industry. One thing he is more passionate about with Seek First Outreach is having the ability to give back to the youth. The youth has always had a soft spot in his heart and he loves the opportunity to mentor and lead them in the right direction. Curion is excited to be a part of this amazing  organization and support our community. 

Dacia Hogan

Dacia Hogan is a Las Vegas native, mother, and graduate of the University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV), where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice with a minor in Human Services. Professionally, she works as a Data Analyst, using data to identify trends, provide meaningful insights, and support student success. Dacia's education and career have strengthened my commitment to serving others and creating positive change within her community. Outside of work, she enjoys coaching volleyball, practicing yoga, watching comedy, and relaxing with word searches. Coaching has become one of the most rewarding ways for her to mentor young athletes while fostering teamwork, confidence, resilience, discipline, and accountability. Dacia is passionate about supporting youth through advocacy, mentorship, and prevention efforts. Dacia's purpose is rooted in being the positive role model and source of encouragement that she once needed growing up. Dacia believes every young person deserves someone who believes in them, challenges them to grow, and holds them accountable to the potential they may not yet see in themselves.
